This bonus edition, and the third in our specialty Bootleg Series is lively, fun and delicious. Davidson plum and sloe berries work in perfect tandem in this luscious gin-liqueur.
Steeped in our Original Gin and macerated with Bosnian-grown sloe berries and Australian native Davidson plum, this liqueur brings out notes of rhubarb and cranberry with an earthen complexity and lifted acidity. The flavour is rich and complex, reminiscent of cinnamon, mulled wine and cherries.
Enjoy in a Collins, a fruited gin & soda, or a truly spectacular sour.
