METHOD
1. Add ice to a rocks glass
2. Slowly pour New Fashioned over a large, clear ice cube

SMALL BATCH NEW FASHIONED
A new school take on an old school legend, a bootlegger’s gin fuelled twist on the original cocktail – the Old Fashioned. We take our famous Shiraz Barrel Aged Gin and stir it down with both classic and aged bitters, before lightly sweetening with sugar cane, walnut and wattle seed.
This delicious and intriguing beast is best enjoyed over ice and with a twist of orange peel.
