SIDECAR

INGREDIENTS
45ml Christmas Gin
15ml Blood Orange Cello
15ml Lemon juice
2.5ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
Orange peel for garnish

METHOD
1. Add all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
