DESPATCH & DELIVERY POLICY

Prohibition Liquor Co offers a nationwide delivery service within Australia.

Deliveries are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of order being made and payment processed. In exceptionally busy periods, your delivery may exceed this target, but every effort will be made to dispatch your order as promptly as possible.

Time of delivery i.e. from dispatch to receipt, may range from overnight to a further 7 days, depending on where you are located. Items will be delivered via Australia Post with a delivery window of 2-5 days for metro to metro interstate delivery from dispatch and up to 7 days for regional interstate deliveries. While we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver by any requested or agreed date, we are not able to guarantee delivery dates and delivery times are subject to postal carrier transit schedules and variations and Prohibition Liquor Co is not responsible for any loss resulting from late delivery. We do not currently offer express postage.

Our delivery provider is Australia Post and deliveries normally occur during business hours. We regret that no deliveries can be made to PO boxes or outside of Australia.

Standard shipping to metro addresses Australia-wide is $9.95 per order on all our 500ml spirit bottles. Prohibition Whisky, all Liqueur products, RTD cans 4pk/case and Gift Boxes will incur a Shipping cost of $9.95 - $20 depending on item weight to metro addresses in Australia.

In the instance you have provided incorrect or out-of-date delivery details, we are not liable for any lost or unclaimed deliveries.

Prohibition Liquor Co Pty Ltd offers the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at point of delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but please note that by choosing this option, you do so at your own risk.

In compliance with the law in Australia, Prohibition Liquor Co will only sell alcohol to persons over 18 years of age. Therefore we are unable to allow delivery to any person under the age of 18 years of age, and we reserve the right to request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence/proof of age. If the recipient fails to produce satisfactory age ID the delivery company is not allowed – by law – to leave the order with them. We apologise if this causes you any inconvenience but as a company, we take our statutory obligations very seriously and will not make any exceptions to this delivery policy.

For those customers based in South Australia, we offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service. This option can be selected at Checkout. Purchases are mostly available same day of transaction during business hours and can be collected from the Prohibition Tasting Room and Distillery in Gilbert Street, Adelaide or Bootleg Café. A confirmation email will be sent and the order number is to be presented for collection.

You can track your package via Australia Post once your order is processed. Please email us at gin@prohibitionliquor.co if you have not received your order within 14 days.

Prohibition Liquor Co reserves the right not to accept any order. We further reserve the right not to provide any reason or justification for not processing the order. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
