BOOTLEG BOX SUBSCRIPTION FAQS

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Bootleg Box subscriptions are processed through Recharge, a secure payment gateway that accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, as well as Google Pay & Apple Pay.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is included in your Bootleg Box subscription. If you can’t wait to get your hands on your box, you can add Express Shipping for $10 at checkout.

 

I’ve just signed up, when will I receive my first box?

Our Bootleg Box subscription is delivered quarterly. You will be billed on the 1st of February, May, August and November and your box will be delivered shortly after. 
If you chose to receive the current Bootleg Box when signing up, your order will be processed within 1 business day. If you made a mistake and forgot to add the current edition, don't worry! Get in touch here if we have stock remaining we can send you the latest release. 

I missed out! Can I get the previous box?

Our subscription is released quarterly, with boxes going out on the 1st of February, May, August, and November. When you sign up, you'll have a choice to either receive the most current box (subject to availability), or wait until the next release. If you're interested in an older Bootleg Box, feel free to contact us and about possible availability. 

 

What’s your returns & refund policy?

Please review our returns and refund policy here. If you still have questions or you are unsure, please contact us at bootlegbox@prohibitionliquor.co and we will assess your issue on a case by case basis.

 

Can I change my address so my gin is sent to my workplace, or a friend or family member?

Ginned out at the moment, going away, moving house or you’d like someone else to enjoy your gin? Feel free to change your shipping address – just make sure you do so 24 hours before the next billing date.

To change your address, view your subscription account here, select "Shipping Addresses" from the menu and click "Add Shipping Address". 
Please contact us if you’re unsure, or if you have any problems. 


Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

You can pause your subscription within 48 hours of the next scheduled delivery. To pause, access your account here and select "Subscriptions", choose your Bootleg Box subscription, scroll down and select "Skip This Order".If you'd like to cancel your Bootleg Box, you can do so 7 days prior to the next scheduled delivery by contacting bootlegbox@prohibitionliquor.co or by calling us on 08 8155 8007.

 

What happens if my delivery arrived damaged?

We know these beautiful gin bottles are fragile and we do our best to ensure your products make it to you intact. If your delivery is damaged in any way, please email us at bootlegbox@prohibitionliquor.co with a photo of the damage.
