OUR DISTILLERY

The Prohibition Liquor Co Distillery is a fully functioning distillery located in the heart of Adelaide – and offers a unique opportunity for guests to see the process and meet the makers in a genuinely interactive environment.

We distill our craft spirits in our Still, Mary. Our gin is hand bottled, labelled and distributed by our talented teams at Gilbert Street and Seppeltsfield. Visit our Distillery to taste the best South Australia has to offer. We also offer distillery tours throughout the week, just book in so we know you're coming!

Our masterclasses give you an in-depth knowledge of gin and flavour botanicals and special insights into the distillation process. Be guided through a gin masterclass, with a tasting of three of Prohibition’s finest gins. Also enjoy a signature gourmet toastie to accompany the gin flight.
