INGREDIENTS
• 60ml Chihuly In The Botanic Garden Gin
• 30ml lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 7.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or caramelised pineapple.
