Gilbert Street is back in session.
From Friday 18 September, our original Gilbert Street Distillery & Tasting Room is open to the public for table bookings, and walk-ins every Friday and Saturday from 4pm till late.
Come for cocktails, stay for G&Ts, seasonal gin flights, pizza, cheese plates and snacks. Settle in for a drink, catch up with friends or make a night of it.
Bookings recommended, with the option to pre-book gin flights when you reserve your table.
