CHRISTMAS NORTHSIDE

INGREDIENTS
• 60ml Christmas Gin 2024
• 30ml lime juice
• 15ml Lillet Blanc
• 7.5ml sugar syrup
• 4 slices of cucumber, muddled

METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
3. Garnish with cucumber.
