Christmas 75 Cocktail Instructions:
INGREDIENTS
45ml Prohibition Christmas Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
60ml sparkling white wine
Glacé cherry and lemon peel to garnish
METHOD
1. Shake PLC Christmas Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker and fine strain into chilled champagne flute
2. Top with sparkling white wine
3. Garnish with glacé cherry and lemon peel
