London Calling Cocktail Instructions:
INGREDIENTS
45ml Juniperus Gin
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
7.5ml Fino sherry
METHOD
1. Add all liquid ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
2. Shake until ice cold and fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora
3. Garnish with grapefruit peel
