MARTINI Cocktail Instructions:
INGREDIENTS
60ml Juniperus Gin
5ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Olive brine - if you like it dirty!
Olives and lemon peel
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients over ice in a tumbler or shaker.
2. Stir until cold and single strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel and an olive skewer.
