INGREDIENTS
• 20ml Chihuly In The Botanic Garden Gin
• 30ml Macadamia syrup
• 20ml Bootleg Macadamia & Hazelnut Liquor
• 30ml Coconut milk
• 30ml Pineapple juice
• 15ml Lime juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup

METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain into a wine glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple spikes.
