This class has you covered. Learn from the best at Prohibition, get hands-on with the distilling process, and create a gin that’s uniquely yours to take home.
From Friday 18 September, our iconic Gilbert Street Distillery & Tasting Room is open again for table bookings, and walk-ins every Friday and Saturday from 4pm till late.
Come for cocktails, stay for G&Ts, seasonal gin flights, pizza, cheese plates and snacks. Settle in for a drink, catch up with friends or make a night of it.
We’re back at the Royal Show this year! Come by to try your favourite Prohibition products, meet the team and maybe take a bottle (or two) home with you.
We're located in the Taste SA Pavillion alongside other local producers.
Royal Show specials will be available, we’ll also have our Showbags with us again this year, packed with bar essentials and available for just $39 when you purchase a bottle.
Drag Bingo at Prohibition with Fifi & Princess Laya - It’s an event full of glamour, gin, and gloriously inappropriate fun, with hilarious bingo rounds and amazing prizes up for grabs.
