As a participant in the Prohibition Shareholder Rewards Discount, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Use

• Shareholder discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered shareholder account holder.
• Discounts under the Shareholder Program apply to:
• Prohibition Gin Range, including all special editions and limited releases.
• Bootleg Craft Spirits Liqueurs.
• Whisky products.
• All discounts can be used online at prohibitionliquor.co/collections/all-spirits

2. Exclusions

• Discounts under the Shareholders’ Rewards do not apply to:
• Bootleg Box Subscriptions.
• Gift Cards and Gifting products (including Gift Packs, Gift Boxes and 3 Packs).
• Merchandise range (including apparel, glassware, and branded goods).
• Events, including ticketed and private events hosted by Prohibition Liquor Co or Bootleg Coffee.
• Not valid on purchases in the Prohibition Distillery(s).

3. Program Details

• Eligible shareholders will receive a fixed discount tier, determined by shareholder tier (Silver 5%, Gold 10%, Platinum 15% or Hero 20%).
• Discount tiers are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Discounts are only valid for online purchases through the Prohibition Liquor Co online store, prohibitionliquor.co/collections/all-spirits
• Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively to past orders.
• Eligible discount will be applied to the total order amount of applicable products, inclusive of GST.

4. Other Important Information

• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, sales, or discount offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prohibition Liquor Co reserves the right to verify shareholder status at any time and to revoke or suspend access to the Rewards Discounts for misuse or breach of these terms. “Misuse” can be defined as including purchases deemed by Prohibition Liquor Co to be excessive and outside of levels of personal use/gifting of the Shareholder.
• Rewards valid for 2 years, effective from 5^th May 2025 to 4^th May 2027.

• Rewards may be extended at the discretion of Prohibition Liquor Co Ltd.

• To access your Shareholder Discount you must checkout using your nominated email address. You must not checkout as a guest.

5. Changes to the Program

Prohibition Liquor Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Shareholder Rewards Program, including discount rates, eligibility, or product inclusions, at any time without prior notice.
