• (optional) pinch of sea-salt
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until cold.
3. Fine strain into chilled coupe.

INGREDIENTS
• 45ml Bootleg Craft Spirits Coffee Liqueur
• 45ml Dark rum
• 30ml Pineapple juice
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• (optional) pinch of sea-salt
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled and diluted.
3. Fine strain into Collins glass over ice.
4. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
