
Field Blend Sour
INGREDIENTS
• 60ml Prohibition Field Blend Shiraz Gin
• 30ml lemon juice
• 30ml sugar syrup (1:1)
• 1 egg white
• 15ml water
METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously until head forms, add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with Angostura bitters & citrus zest.
