SA Masters Games Gin

This gin has been developed collaboratively with local and event stakeholders, emerging from a shared tasting and briefing session that grounded the concept in place, community, and regional insight.

The gin will showcase a distinctly Fleurieu character. Mount Compass strawberries will bring brightness and generous fruit notes, lifted by native strawberry gum for aromatics, with fresh lime adding clarity and liveliness. Victor Harbour-sourced saltbush and coastal daisy bush introduce savoury, coastal complexity - with a touch of Murray River pink salt, making the palate particularly moreish.

The result will be a gin that reflects Victor Harbor’s landscape and spirit - a fitting way to welcome athletes and visitors to the 2026 Masters Games.
