Juicy blood orange, tart finger lime, and sherbet-like lemon myrtle bring a burst of citrus upfront. Balanced by the unmistakable texture and structure of juniper and coriander seed. Native ginger lends a gentle heat through the mid/back palate, while roasted wattleseed adds depth and a subtle creaminess. Kakadu plum is the star of this show with a tangy, fruited body that lingers.

It’s layered, expressive, and best enjoyed however you like it, whether long and refreshing, or stirred down and serious. Garnish with lime peel and strawberry. Raise a glass to the gang!
