Crafted from premium locally grown malted barley, this spirit is double distilled in our small-batch copper pot still, then matured in carefully chosen casks known for their distinctive origins provenance and exceptional flavour expressions. Expect rich layers of dark chocolate, vibrant espresso, and toasted coconut, balanced by notes of sticky date, candied orange, and golden toasted brioche. One for the collectors—and the connoisseurs.
Individually numbered, packaged in a premium presentation box with a certificate of authenticity, detailing synonymous with the quality you expect from Prohibition, making this a stunning addition to your collection.
Single Malt Whisky
Our second release, made from pale barley malt and champagne yeast, was distilled through our pot-still Mary in 2020. The culmination of years of maturation & patience.
Initially aged across three unique small-format barrels, including two recoopered and upcycled American oak barrels, which previously aged Barossa Valley Shiraz - as well as a piece of incredible ex-brandy fill French oak. We decanted and carefully blended these barrels in June 2025.
Dark chocolate, fresh espresso, and toasted coconut are interplayed by sticky date, candied orange, and toasted brioche. Enjoy.
