This limited-edition gin is a tribute to the visionary work of Dale Chihuly, the world’s most celebrated contemporary glass artist, known for his breath-taking architectural installations exhibited in museums and botanic gardens worldwide.

To commemorate Chihuly's first garden exhibition in Australia, we’ve carefully sourced botanicals found within the Adelaide Botanic Garden, bringing to life a gin that’s as colourful, and inspired as the artist’s work. This gin captures the essence of nature’s beauty and creativity, delivering an experience as vivid and dynamic as Chihuly’s iconic sculptures.

The botanical list includes kumquat, fruit-salad sage, Buddha’s hand citrus, and honey sourced directly from the Botanic Garden’s beehives. Combined with juniper, Californian sagebrush, lemon thyme, chamomile, galangal, cardamom leaf, tangelo, and more, each sip is a sensory journey through the garden itself.

This exceptional blend results in a harmonious fusion of fresh, herbal, and zesty flavours that invite you to enjoy it in a G&T in the garden.

Cocktails

PINA CHIHULY

INGREDIENTS
• 20ml Chihuly In The Botanic Garden Gin
• 30ml Macadamia syrup
• 20ml Bootleg Macadamia & Hazelnut Liquor
• 30ml Coconut milk
• 30ml Pineapple juice
• 15ml Lime juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup

METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain into a wine glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple spikes.

GARDEN G&T

INGREDIENTS
• 30ml Prohibition Chihuly In The Botanic Garden Gin
• 90ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

METHOD
1. Add ingredients to a rocks glass with ice.
2. Garnish with Kumquat and Samphire or dehydrated pineapple.

LEMON MIRAGE

INGREDIENTS
• 60ml Chihuly In The Botanic Garden Gin
• 30ml lemon juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 7.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

METHOD
1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or caramelised pineapple.
