Shiraz Gin Spritz
INGREDIENTS
• 45ml Prohibition Field Blend Shiraz Gin
• 60ml sparkling wine
• 45ml soda water
• 15ml lemon juice
• 4-6 raspberries
METHOD
1. Add raspberries, shiraz gin & lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Fine strain into a wine glass, add sparkling wine, stir briefly.
3. Add ice, and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with fresh mint.
