Created in collaboration with Michelin-plated Chef Ryan Clift of The Tippling Club (Singapore) and The Cave (Bali), this gin was designed to meet the exacting standards of a man whose palate is, frankly, unfair.
Chef Ryan, a British Lord, worked closely with us to build what he considered the ideal gin. His restaurants have been called the crown jewels of the culinary scenes they inhabit - and when this spirit was first poured in front of him, he very nearly flipped a table in excitement.
Classical in style, with lashings of juniper and a finely tuned structural backbone, the gin is lifted by elevated ginger, bright citrus, and aromatic jasmine tea. Chef Ryan recommends it as a bone-dry martini served below -7 °C, or as a generous double over a large cube with a healthy dash of quality Indian style tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit. An exceptional expression, crafted as a highly collectable release.
