TENTH HOUR
INGREDIENTS
60ml Tenth Anniversary Gin
22.5ml Lemon juice
10ml Pineapple juice
Bar spoon of honey
Citrus wedge or pineapple to garnish
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or citrus wedge.
