CHRISTMAS & GINGER
INGREDIENTS
• 30ml Prohibition Christmas Gin
• 125ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
• 15ml Lime juice
• Dehydrated apple and cassia quill for garnish
METHOD
1. Pour Prohibition Christmas Gin into a G&T glass.
2. Half fill glass with ice and add ginger ale.
3. Garnish with dehydrated apple and cassia quill.
